Your privacy is completely safe when you shop online with Unique In Ink. We have made security a priority for our shoppers. Although you will be prompted with the option of a Secure Server or Standard Server during checkout, we encourage customers to use Secure Server when transmitting private information. Our Secure Server will encrypt and protect your information.

Return Policy                                                                                                               

Need to return a gift? No problem. As long as the gift is unused, we'll exchange it or refund your money as long as it is post marked within 30 days after the purchase date. Just replace the gift in its original packaging, including the packing slip, and follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our customer service department and email us at Customer.Service@Unique In Ink, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

2. We'll give you a Gift Return (GR) number.

3. When you receive your GR#, include it in the following address:

Please send the package via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. This protects you in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it arrived damaged, Unique In Ink will refund your shipping costs.
